Canceling Your Web Site
We are sorry you have decided to cancel your Web site. If you are canceling during your free trial period, your Web site will be closed immediately. If you change your mind, you have two days to reactivate your Web site (see the link below to learn more on how to do this). After that, the information in your Web site will be permanently removed.

If you are canceling after the free trial period, your Web site will be closed 30 days from the last date that your credit card was billed. If you change your mind, you have two weeks after the closing date to reopen your Web site. After that, the information in your Web site will be permanently removed.

Important Note: If you signed up for an Netopia E-Store, closing your Web site will also close your Store. You will still be able to access your E-Store Administration for 30 days to process any outstanding orders. You will be sent an email directing you to your E-Store account as you will not longer be able to access it through your Web site. If you just want to close your E-Store and NOT your Web site, please go to Close E-Store
